Ageing Gracefully

Professor Briony Dow is the Director of the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) and Honorary Professor at the School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne and Honorary Professor, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Deakin University. As Director, Briony leads a range of both aged care and social and clinical gerontology research programs.

In her talk Briony will give an overview of the work of the National Ageing Research Institute and the latest evidence on how to maximise your chances of ageing gracefully – or even disgracefully! She will also hand out a Healthy Ageing Quiz that you may or may not wish to complete.
