Club member Terry Ahern then teamed with guest John Bradshaw to provide an overview of the work of LiveUp – an online initiative designed to make information and resources related to healthy ageing information free and accessible for all. Working with leading healthy ageing experts, LiveUp is helping older people take charge of their ageing journey. Our speakers provided a tour of a very useful and engaging website (see https://www.liveup.org.au) and insights to the range of resources available. Terry is a walking role model for all that LiveUp advocates!
