FRIDA KAHLO: In her own image
Bendigo Art Gallery
A diverse and intimate view of Kahlo's personal belongings, clothing, makeup accesories, drawings and paintings-including her self portraits. A life filled with drama, imagination and colour.
It is a long day, travelling to and from Bendigo to view this exhibition but well worth the effort. Bendigo is a wonderful town to visit.
Meet at Southern Cross, under the clock tower, corner Collins and Spencer street, at 8.45am to catch the 9.05 train to Bendigo. The train trip takes 1 hour 45 minutes each way. Met cards can be used on this line. Walk to the Art gallery but there is a bus from the train to the gallery.
Tickets to the exhibition cost $30.00
