This month’s Sunday Roast was at the North Port hotel in Port Melbourne. The biggest question of the day was about the menu and how anyone could choose Steak and Guiness Pie when the title of the event is “Sunday Roast”. If we were meant to order Steak and Guiness Pie, the event would be called “Sunday Steak and Guiness Pie” – simples!
A highlight was the Wright sisters (photo) catching up on family business, though there was a lot of discussion about who was right and who was wrong!
A great lunch – well done to Cate T for continuing to organise such a variety of interesting, good value, gourmet pubs for the monthly Sunday Roast (not Sunday Steak and Guiness Pie)!!
