A small group of five art enthusiast members met recently to enjoy the Picasso Century exhibition at the NGV. Spending nearly two hours viewing the exhibition, we were all stunned by the artist’s range of works. Picasso lived a long life which spanned the Spanish Civil War, and two world wars. He collaborated with a wide range of fellow artists and had many muses over his long life. The exhibition included many of the works of his collaborating artists which gave viewers a great appreciation of his artistic evolution. A delicious lunch at Blondie followed, with lots of laughter and good discussion.
